Similar situation to previous reviewers. Staff was incredibly rude, demeaning and completely unprofessional. The transaction was such that I feel it prudent to cancel both my personal and commercial accounts with UPS, to avoid burdening my staff with "service providers" that do business in this fashion.

call to pick up a package that required signature the lady who responded the telephone was very rude in her answers even after we offer her the info notice number. we will try to use a different carriers from now on.
