Town Chase Properties will officially open its doors to the Westchase community on Saturday, April 14 in grand style. All residents and potential residents are invited to the company's Grand Opening Celebration. The event is free of charge and will take place from noon until 5: 00pm at the company's office located at 12005 Whitmarsh Lane near the corner of Linebaugh Avenue and Countryway Boulevard. The celebration will feature a moon bounce, raffle prizes, barbeque, face painting, DJ, cheerleaders, and community camaraderie. All proceeds of the raffle will benefit the Children's Cancer Center. Congratulations to Shane Clary and Anthony Malafronte, our top sales professionals for the month of January. Shane closed closed to 1 million in Real Estate transactions for the month of January and Anthony closed $600, 000 in transactions. That is a terrific start to the new year for both agents. There have been five new listings to come on the market today in Westchase. There is an abundance of beautiful homes currently on the market and we are optimistic that sales are currently in an upward trend.
