I've rented from National multiple times at TIA. They are always professional in the way they do business. As an Emerald Club member I can walk straight out to the cars, find a car and drive to the toll/check-out gate. I'm usually on the road in a few short minutes. I rented a convertible after being upsold by the counter person. Car was good as was they service. I had one issue that I brought up upon returning the vehicle which they took care of right away. Overall this is a great company that puts customer satisfaction over dollars.
