Great experience with doctor, but getting a bill due to coding errors by their office is making me contemplate changing offices. Got absolutely no help from this office's front desk staff. I'm being shuttled back and forth between the doctor's office (who will not discuss billing at all), the billing office (which refers me back to the doctor's office). The billing office says it was because of incorrect coding that I have a bill my insurance is suppose to cover. My insurance company also says the coding and billing was done incorrectly by the doctor's office and I should not be getting billed. The problem is not getting fixed. Very frustrated at this point. Seems I will be searching for a new doctor soon. I no longer trust this office to do their billing correctly and the potential for future bills coming to me is too real if I remain a patient at this office. I may have to pay the bill to avoid collections if not resolved. I simply don't trust the office staff's experience anymore.

Great doctors, but the office seems to be having billing issues with insurance companies because of incorrect coding. You may wind up with a bill that your insurance is suppose to cover.
