I took my daughter here Saturday for her birthday before we took the two hour drive we went to their website and she picked out a few things she wanted to buy from the "store" as presents. When we arrived I was unhappy to see they had nothing that was pictured instead a bunch of dollar store junk marked way up. They had no branded merchandise, when we checked out I asked if they had any tshirts with the sweet and sassy logo. At first she offered me a party n style shirt (they were hanging up on the wall) which she said they were changing there store to in April. I replied no I wanted a sweet and sassy she said give me a minute we may have a few in the back. She finally emerged and stated they had a few left and that was the only thing we were able to get. They should not be advertising there new stuff if they are still considered a Sweet and Sassy, and they should also tell you this when you book. I decided to call corporate Monday to ask if I could order merchandise online or over the phone they told me no unfortunately I could not, but asked me to explain what happened so I did. Before calling I had no idea they were all independently owned and operated anyways I told the woman on the phone the whole thing and she was very displeased to hear of this since they still have a contract with sweet and sassy through July of this year. I appreciated the apology and left it at that. Today I received a call and barely understood who was calling and from where before she started yelling at me, she said how dare you call corporate on me, you had no right to do that and you are very unprofessional. I was taken a back and had to ask again who she was and what was going on about she replied her name was Stephanie Diaz and she is the owner of Sweet and Sassy from Tampa. I said well I wasn't expecting this at all, I went on to to say I didn't know they were independently owned and operated or I would have started with the store, I also went on to say this is no way to talk to a customer, she said I don't care you are costing me and my family a lot of money and that she could not afford to purchase the merchandise, and that I got her in big trouble, I told her that wasn't my problem, and that's not what I attended to do, I was inquiring about a purchase. How is it my fault she can't afford to purchase merchandise she must purchase under her contract. She went on another rant yelling and screaming at which time I hung up. I can't believe a business owner would speak to someone in such a manner. Definitely would not return or reccomened to anyone.

We had our granddaughter's birthday party there and they really put on a show for her. The runway and costumes are a trip. The salon for kids really caters to them with updoos, haircuts, and minimani/minipedies. All her friends now go there for their special treatment. Stephanie, the owner, is a model for them. She amplifies the style and motif of the place with her dress and manner. And, the cost was worth not having it at the house. I recommend it to anyone wanting an unforgettable treat for your little one.
