AVOID AVOID AVOID Worst experience I ever had. If they were to be in an "excuse making business" they would do very well. I called them 2 days ago and spoke with one of their guys who told me that he personally put the tires I needed aside for me to have them installed on my vehicle next day at 1 o'clock. I got there at 1 o'clock sharp and the guy I spoke with the first time wasn't there, Dino was there who told me they can't find the tires and the person I spoke with the first time left to the warehouse and that the reception there is terrible and he can't get a hold of him. So Dino told me to wait maybe the guy would call back so I waited for 2 and a half hours b/c I drove an 1 and 30 mins to get there to end up leaving because I'm on vacation with the family. To make things worse I called them back next day to find out if they got a hold of the tires (the only reason I even called them again is because the size I needed no one anywhere had one) and of course again they told me yes they have them now and that they were on the box truck the guy took to the warehouse the other day and put them aside for me so I drive for an hour and 30 mins again just to find out that they didn't even put their eyes on the tires I needed because he tells me that they are really busy and one of his guys got their thum blown up in the machine (again I didn't ask for an excuse). Again waited about 45 mins on him thinking he'll get to my tire but no insead he just started avoiding me. So I asked if I can just see the tire they were going to put on my wheel and go grab some lunch and wait in peace, his response was just give me a min so I told him ok but another 45 mins later no sight of Dino nor the tire. So I was getting pretty frustrated with the whole situation (just FYI I was not the only one frustrated 4-5 other customers were waiting too, walking out every 10 mins to see if their car is being worked on and guess what nope) so I walked in the office and was like Dino do guys even have the tire I need or no, he tells me yes but it's buried under 500 other tires and doesn't have time to go dig for it right now, so I was like wait yesterday didn't you tell that the tire was on the the box truck which left to the warehouse and that's why you couldn't get it for me? And now your telling me that it's buried under 500 tires? His response was "if you don't like it you can leave" at the same time I was like I want to speak with the owner before I leave and he tells me he is the owner and slams a business card on the table, I just told him way to do business buddy and left. later I find out he's just the manager of one of the two locations they have. IF YOU WANT TO AVOID YOURSELF A HEADACHE JUST AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COST!!!!!

I got charged $36 to patch a tire and then manager was giving the tire guys a hard because I wanted my spare to put back properly on my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and drive pass this location, the customer service is terrible!!
