while this facility looks good on the outside if you look closer you find cracks in the veneer! the staff ratio to patient is too low and patients do not get the care they pay for and deserve. the management is unresponsive to this situation and the front line workers are over worked and under trained plus under supervised. there seems to be an over emphasis on the bottom dollar. in order for the patient to get the care that is required, they must hire their own caretakers at an added expense. you will also find that clients/patients are left on their own, sitting asleep and drooling. (in one case a patient was left alone in a wheelchair and fell out and broke her hip. be sure and visit your family member who is at this facility every day to monitor their care!
