I wish I had never heard of these people, they were totally incompetent in handling my mortgage, I've lived here a month now and again just received an inaccurate letter concerning my insurance, the service for my mortgage was horrible, I bought my home from a sweet little old lady and at closing I thought she was going to cry when she started to say how she couldn't understand the things they had done. To qoute her "haven't you people ever done this before?". I felt so bad for her because I had picked suncoasts title co. thinking it might expedite and make it easier, Know I know,, save yourself a headache, several headaches and go somewhere else.

Inexperienced people, pass the buck seems to be the thing when you don't have an amasser Made payments on a car to find out 2 years later they put it on my credit as a write off. When I went to buy another car I found out. Dealership tried to speak with the credit union and they did not want to try to fix the mistake that was made. Local branch ok but the whole cooperate terrible Cooperate needs to read there own policies and beliefs for the members.

Not happy with Suncoast all! As far as I am concern I will never do business with Suncoast again!!! Loan department needs an over haul on how loans are processed.

What an incredibly giving, caring, community support organization Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union is! There is no better and more supportive organization in Hernando County of our children, our schools and our community. Whenever there is a need for volunteers, financial resources or in-kind support, Suncoast can be counted upon for their assistance. They are wonderfully caring individuals and our community is blessed to have them as community partners with them for many, many years. They provide solid support, great products and services, give back to their communities and invest in significant local educational initiatives. There is none finer to do business with or to work within their realm of financial services.

Great products, great services, great people. I love the online banking, now I'm using mobile banking too. Highly recommend!

Unlike the other person who wrote a review. They are a teachers credit union. You have to be a member to use their services.

Just awful to deal with. I wouldn't recommend them at all! They are only interested in big corporate dollars! Why put your money with a company like this? If you saw how they treated their employees you would definitely take your business elsewhere!

A great Credit Union with employees that really care. Everyone is professional and courteous. I haven't had a bad experience yet. If you're looking for a good credit union....try Suncoast Schools. You'll be glad you did.
