I went here because I was always angry at other people. After 7-8 sessions I realized I was angry with myself. They recommended I read a book the owner wrote, it was $14, Therapy in Action. It helped me understand my anger was from my abusive child hood. I will continue going here to fully get over my anger. Sam was helpful in explaining my insurance to me.
