The service was totally unacceptable. I arrived early in the morning and placed my order and when I went to receive it at the window, the attendant gave me a hard time. She told me that she did not receive my order and started tapping on her head phones stating SHE DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING SO MY ORDER WAS NOT TAKING -- she was not only rude, but her appearance was less than acceptable. I told her that I gave it to a gentleman that answered the call box. I repeated my order and finally got it -- but that was not the worst--when I got to my office -- the food was cold and the order was wrong!! When I tried calling the manager to tell her of the problem, she too was RUDE and basically yelled at me, what do you want -- she did not give her name -- only that she was too busy. NOT A WAY TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS!
