They claim to have scheduled routes but they overload their drivers with zip codes. Scheduled routes mean you go to same places every day. Not the case. 10 hours worth of work, expected it done in a couple. Misleading

WOW! What a joke these people are! I called for a price quote, but never got it .... the person on the phone kept asking me the same thing in broken English over and over again. When I asked for a manager, she just hung up on me! Doesn't anyone speak English anymore? This is America people .... if you're gonna live and work here, learn the language!

Some delivery person, driving a ramshackle vehicle held together by tape, literally, pulled into my driveway this morning & knocked down my mail box. I told the man what he did & he argued with me about it. Sitting on my front porch, I saw the whole thing happen. I called Sonic & asked for a supervisor, but kept being hung up on. I guess I have no choice but to call the sheriff's office & file a report. What a really bad company!

Not worth a star here at all. Delivery person tried to deliver someone else's medication to me. When I tried to explain that to the driver, he couldn't understand me .... doesn't speak English & kept saying "you take, you take". I finally just shut the door in his face. BTW, still waiting for my meds .... wonder who they delivered them to?

Can I give a negative star here? This company delivers our payroll checks every Monday. Thus week, they delivered some other company's checks to me. I called them to let them know & no one has come to get them. I'm still waiting for my employees checks, but since I hand out checks on Wednesday's, I had to drive to my payroll company to get new checks. I told my payroll people I'll come pick them up from now on. Did I mention I still haven't heard back from the delivery people? How unprofessional.

I'm a home bound patient who has intravenous medications delivered every other day. These are expensive, life important meds that must be kept refrigerated. This company was hired by my pharmacy to deliver them to me .... they never arrived. When I called to inquire as to where my meds were, the person on the phone at Sonic was so rude to me. The pharmacy personally delivered my meds to me that night .... 2 days later, the sonic delivery company delivered my meds. They were hot and leaking inside the cooler. What a truly horrible experience. My pharmacy is having another company deliver my meds from now on.

These people were supposed to deliver my hockey tickets for the game last week, and delivered them today .... a week late. The delivery person said they got lost under his car seat .... really?

As a professional in the Tampa Bay area, I use couriers to deliver legal documents to clients, other lawyers, court houses, etc. I have been using Sonic for the past few years, and I have to say, I won't use them anymore. They are consistently unprofessional, deliveries are late, if made at all. My own professional reputation has been damaged because I trusted this company to deliver .... very, very disappointed. When I called to speak with a supervisor, I had to deal with a rude man who actually argued with me about the situation and would not transfer me to a supervisor. Never again!

How do these people stay in business being so unprofessional? I just had a driver leave my driveway .... after yelling at me because he had to wait for my signature? I called their office to complain, but couldn't talk to anyone that speaks English!

I have used Sonic Courier for close to 20 years. When Bill Jacobs owned the place, it was a reputable business. Now, the person who owns it, Peter, has just run it into the ground .... horrible customer service, drivers are rude, packages are ALWAYS delivered late & no pride or quality in any of it. It's a shame to see this once thriving company become ruined by incompetence. I am now using another delivery service for more shipping needs.

I've been using this company for the past 8 years. Their customer service and delivery practices have steadily declined. There is in professionalism anymore, only rude and uncooperative staff. Unfortunately, the only thing they can deliver on time these days is there invoice .... and that is usually incorrect. I have had to discontinue using them all together.

Have used Sonic a lot over the years and have never had a reason to use anyone else. Great service with excellent communication.

I highly recommend this company! My company was looking for a courier service at the last minute and we did not personally know of anyone. I found them on superpages.com and called to find out more info. They were speedy in answering the phone and giving me info. I needed a package picked up and delivered in a 4 to 5 hour time frame the same day. The representative told me pickup would be within an hour and delivery would be within 3 hours. My package was actually picked up in 25 mins and delivered in only 1 hour directly to my client. They even faxed me a receipt of delivery with the client's signature on it AND called me to make sure I received the fax. This company provided us amazing customer service and I will definitely keep them on file for future use.
