If you are looking for EXCELLENT AUTHENIC Indian food then this is the place to check out!!! My husband & I have visit a many Indian restaurant here in the Tampa area to always be met with a big disappointment. The is the BEST tasting food rocking in this area. Once you visit Saffron & if you know anything about good Indian food then you won't be going anywhere else in Tampa. The naan bread was hot & fresh, the sauce was divine & the mango lassie was the bomb!!! Going back next week to check out the buffet. Definitely check them out for yourself & you be the judge!!

I am Indian, My name is Ashish Pandey, I am Basically from Mumbai ,india and I regularly have Indian food outside. I've been to other Indian restaurants in the area and had a decent experience ,I wanted the best Indian food for my wedding because my Wife's parents are from India and we picked in this Indian Restaurant in down town because we have tried many Indian restaurants and we found this restaurant to be the best amongst the lot. The on site tandoor with exceptional decoration and live sitar and tabla music and buffet setup we loved it all. When we went to the restaurant to settle the bill we were asked to share our experience with others and I thought of writting on the net. I can not thank anymore when I told the owners to give special attantion because I want my mother in law to be impressed and she was really impressed and I am glad we picked this indian restaurant to cater the wedding.The customer service was great.

Probably the best indian food in the New Tampa area. Highly recommend

In my opinion, this is one of the top two indian restaurants in the entire Tampa Bay region. The selection is not as broad as some others but the quality is the highest. It's obvious that they use the freshest ingredients. You'll love this place.
