      I have just completed a mortgage transaction with your company. Jeff Crain was my residential advisor. He could not have any nicer and patient with me. We encountered a few roadblocks but Jeff made me feel confident we would close the loan. He was right!!! I can't thank him enough for consideration with my personal issues. He walked me through everything that would happen with the closing and if I needed him at any time I could contact. I went to my bank for help and no one would help me. I am proud to say I have a mortgage with Residental Financial Corporation. And Jeff, let's just say he's a keeper!!!! Thank you. Christie Morris
