We made two moves on successive week-ends. Your crew took great care in protecting our property and anticipated what we wanted. Consequently, I did not need to give them very much direction. The provided truck would not even hold all of my belongings. I had to move many of the items on my own. Days after the move an additional charge was placed, without my consent, to cover the time they wasted during the move. After 3 months, no one would ever return my call or even acknowledge their failure to complete an error free satisfactory move. Be very careful giving credit information to this vendor, as they will place charges without consent. In short, I CANNOT recommend this mover do to their horrid customer service and business practices.
