12/12/13: I've said it before but now I'm finished with Pep Boys. I bought a part and took it to them to install. The labor cost was more than other places. I just wanted it done. I was told 1-2 hours while I wait. 3 hours later they tell me the part doesn't fit. This is the same scenario I always get from them; a reason to request further expenses and higher the cost. Well, the initial price has doubled. They took me home assuring me the car will be done today. 5 hours later they called saying the care will not be finished today. This scenario is what I always experience going to this particular pep boys. Customer Service is worthless and auto repair service repair is worst. If you want to waste your time and money, then go to Pep Boys, they will be glad to find reasons to take them both.

Friendly staff and very quick. Be prepared to wait though when you first drop your car off. They will talk on the phone and to each other without helping you while you stand and wait for quite a while. After that though it goes quick and they do what they're asked.
