This is my go-to Panera when treating my team. Today I was prompted to accept the pre-bagged "assorted" option, rather than being offered to select my own bagels. I thought I would give it a try. The bagels I received today were tough and tasted day-old. I am really disappointed. Will not ever take the pre-bagged "assorted" option in the future.
