I have been a patient since April 2010. My first appt was set up within 2 days of calling them regarding possible skin cancer. I have many chronic issues and see many speicalists and Dr. Rose at the Kennedy office hs the best front office I have dealt with. Dr. Rose and his staff are not only professional but hey are also compassionate and friendly. I received a call back regarding the labs within a week and they quiclky set up a follow up appt. I would recommend them to any one that I personally know.

I got an appointment faster than 3 other offices on my insurance. Front desk staff very professional, Dr Malane was very thorough and caring. I was called with results w/in a week. I was so pleased, I took my child to Dr Malane: she was great!I didnt like the phone menu: too many options when call for appt. Highly recommended.

They never follow up with the patient on lab results. You must be diligent for your own safety.
