Provided by YP.comMy Job is to support this company. I've been calling in circles because they are uncordinated. Because they are uncordinated, they don't know who does what, so it's difficult for me to initially do my job. When I did reach someone, I wasn't able to even get a general email so I could have my information forwarded to the right person. Then the local administrator Scott Allen got on the phone to act as a strong arm to deter me from calling. Although I already stated they are a current client and it's my job to support them. He got on the phone and swore at me, after I asked what I should do about not knowing who to contact. Now I came from the Marines, and I saw a picture of Scott Allen. I don't think he is in any position to try and intimidate anyone. But he did try to act tough on the phone. -What this tells me is that any kindness he shows is fake. If I had an option of putting my parents in a nursing home, it wouldn't be this place. While he may smile to my face if I'm sending him checks, I don't know what he is doing behind my back to my parents. This guy needs a lesson in mutual respect, and he is a direct reflection of the company that hired him. Realistically, I don't need this company as a client. I try to help every single client the best I can. But in this case, judging by what I've seen so far, I could care less about their success and I'll be handing them over to someone else.

Provided by YP.comThe speech and occupational and physical therapy is great and compassionate.the nusrsing staff sucks and the care of the patients are neglected and they never seem to answer your questions.if patient needs help to eat most cna's wont even take time to do that and just leave the tray of food there.in 1 instance they lost my family member saying they had no idea where they were at and i had to hunt them down myself without their help and found my loved one hanging have out of theirwheelchair.I would not reccomend this facilty at all
