The gentleman that took this customers vehicle was dismissed after an investigation revealed he was being dishonest. His name was Jason Michael Baker and he fooled everyone. The business does not put up with that type of behavior and changes were immediately made as a result of Channel 28. We strive to help our customers and will continue to do so

I would read the ABC Action News report about this business before coming here. Seems the car was taken out for a joy ride on several occasions, including being involved in an accident that the business lied about later. Do your research!

This is a terrible company.. My muffler was put on here. One week later the muffler fell off. They did not accommodate me in any way. I had to pay $55 dollars in order to tow my car to them (they did not reimburse me). So I was not only out $50 for the towing but I also lost 2 hours from work in order to resolve this. WTF kind of company does this to hard working people. They right out do not care.

I received better service than I have ever received. Repairs to my car were done in a timely manner and very cheap!

These guys were not only polite but professional. They took my car back and quickly found the problem with my muffler and advised me of it and provided the cost. They told me that the damage was minimal and would only take approximately an hour to fix. The repairs were done in less time than originally stated and the price was low. I was pleasantly surprised with my overall experience and would suggest them to anyone.
