General Info

Our firm was established in 1986 and I have been practicing law since 1982. Our staff includes Juanita Ficca who has been with the firm 23 years as my Office Manager and Lisa Damico who has been with the firm as my Legal Assistant for 19 years. Our practice is limited to personal injury and sinkhole claims. We are dedicated to our clients and specialize in personal service to our clients who are provided with my home telephone number in case a problem arises outside of regular business hours. I am a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1974 from the University of Tampa, a Masters of Business Administration in 1976 from the University of Tampa and a Doctor of Law degree from the Stetson College of Law in 1982. My military background includes 15 years of active duty and reserve service in the U.S. Army as a helicopter and airplane pilot. I served in the republic of Vietnam for over 2 years during which time I received numerous awards, including the Distinguished Flying Cross. I am married with children and grandchildren in Tampa, North Carolina and Alabama. My hobbies include golf and restoration of old Jaguars.
