Very hard to get someone to help you.. tried to buy trailer for 1100.00 spent 1/2 hour in store and 1 hrs on phone..still no help
Terrible customer service in the aisles, especially electrical. It was hard enough finding someone who worked in electrical but then I got the "I'll be right back" when I asked for some help. I grew impatient after 5 minutes, and went to find someone else for help, saw a guy walking down the main aisle, asked him for help in electrical, he said he'll "be right there". I left the store after 10 minutes of waiting and took my business somewhere else.
