We worked with Tom and were pleasantly surprised by his knowledge of not only Lazyboy but of design in general. He has a great eye and really got exactly what my wife was wanting. If you haven’t been into a lazyboy lately check out the store on Dale Mabry in Tampa we were surprised at how stylish the furniture is and how many fabrics they have.

Tom was very professional and helpful. A lot of options were presented and considered. Extra steps were readily taken to make sure my purchase would be a perfect fit!

This lazy boy store is a joke. They don't care about customer service at all. I recently moved to Florida and went to lazy boy. I called for 2 weeks my order was in their warehouse for 3 weeks before delivery, no phone call or anything. The only response received when I confronted them was sorry you feel that way. I would definatly not recommend this store, they do not care about customer service. This is the worst retail facility I have ever experienced.
