Rented home from Kirschner Realty for 4 1/2 years. During that time I did over $5,000 in repairs and upgrades. Neighbors were astounded at transformation of improvements of home. Won best home from home association in neighbor. When I left I was assured from Mr. Tom Kirschner, that I would receive my $2,400.00 deposit back. I spent two weeks making sure the home was immaculate before I moved to another state. Once I moved I received a letter from Kirschner Realty stating the home was a wreck and that I owed them $198.00. When I tried calling to speak to Mr. Tom Kirschner either his (Son-In-Law) or Daughter {Note: It may be Daughter-In-Law and Son} would answer and then refuse to lat me talk to Mr. Tom Kirschner. At one point, when I called the Son-In-Law represented himself as Tom and told me to pay the $198.00. I have photos of the original property and a signed statement from Mr. Kirschner of the wreck the house was in when we moved in and now they refute this.
