BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! They installed the electric vac hose reel in front of the waste tank. Anyone who owns an electric vac hose reel will attest to the fact that sometimes the hose cuffs slip off the connector and the hose goes flying around the reel. Now normally this wouldnt be a problem, but they failed to realize that the placement of the reel is installed so that the hose whips around the reel right into the waste tank float switch (an already fragile part) and it gets damaged every time this happens ($150 part plus labor). Greg says, There is no other way to install it. I explained to him that they are the experts and should have thought to place the fresh water tank behind the waste tank so the hose doesnt damage the float switch and he says Your right. But still wouldnt budge on fixing it. His solution to the problem was patronizing at best. Hes either never worked with an electric reel before or does this purposely in a pathetic attempt to receive more $$$ from service calls. I hate to jump to conclusions but their demeanor makes me question the integrity of the entire staff. This repeated repair has cost us over $800 so far, thats not pennies. I spent over 20k on the Chevy Express 2500 van, Prochem Peak with 600 hours (Dual wand) and accessories with them and will be purchasing a duplicate set up early next spring to keep up with my commercial accounts. To be treated like this is unacceptable. I can understand an honest mistake, as long as you make it right and learn from it for the sake of your future customers. Every time Ive been there for routine service or have the float switch repaired, (Machine runs great, the float switch was the only major problem) Ive given the mechanics (Ken and Harry) a tip (even when Ken totally botched the waste tank seal). Greg, Im willing to compromise. Ill purchase the fresh water tank we talked about that is on the rack in the warehouse if you agree to take the labor on the chin to install it and switch the reel to the other side. Ill even remove the old tank for you guys. Otherwise, I take ALL of our business to Jon-Don from now on, especially next spring, and we will continue to slam you with negative reviews on every platform possible.
1 Star is to many these guys are the worst the Owner is full of himself and doesn't have any customer service skills. They want to sell you equipment and not stand behind what they sell. Their service department is a joke. Do not buy from these jokers save yourself time and money and go anywhere but here.

As a business startup out of Panama City, I couldn't find anyone who sells and installs truckmounts for a reasonable price in my area. I decided to drive to Tampa and save several thousands of dollars. My business offers carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, pressure washing, and floor stripping and waxing. So during the 3 hours that it took their guys to install my truckmount, I was picking out my portable carpet cleaner with attachments, floor scrubber, burnisher, and chemicals. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and Greg, the owner/manager, is the kind of guy that makes you feel like you can do business with eachother forever. Before driving all the way to Tampa, I priced the same truckmount equipment from stores closer to home and, by going to the Janitor's Closet, I was able to buy my portable carpet cleaner, floor scrubber, burnisher, and chemicals for the price that I would have spent on just the truckmount if I would have bought from somewhere else. Need I say more?

Horrible service! We purchased equipment from them and they told us that they service it. Now when I do need service, they do not call back or show up. Wouldn't buy a thing from them EVER again!!!!!
