I have had my boat in the outside storage and a unit in the inside storage there for over 5 years and have never had a problem, very clean property and excellent manager. Always answers phone and is very helpful when I need anything.

I have been keeping my boat there for over three years and have never had any problems. They have easy access with keypad entrance and a very clean property. Great security fence and video camera surveilence. Close to 2 boat ramps and they have a wash down and fresh water flush out area. Would definately reccomend this place to anyone looking for boat storage. Ray

We rented a boat spot at this facility. Showed up one day to pick up our boat and our gate code no longer worked. The owner accused us of not paying our bill when in fact we had the check cashed and endorsed. Interestingly enough the owner, even though he was completely wrong, decided to tell us to 'get your boat the XXXX off his property' when questioned as to why we were being blocked from retrieving our own boat after being paying customers for months. you'd think that the owner, Mr. David, would call us before locking the gates on us (despite the fact that he received our check 2 weeks prior to the due date anyway). If you decide to go here, you have been warned. I am making it my business to inform people of my experience. STAY AWAY. I wish I did.
