I was a bit timid at first to go inside. Once inside the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I joined without hesitation. The staff and instructors are remarkable. Classes are well scheduled and all of the students are great. Not a bad apple in the place. I highly recomend atleast taking the time to stop in and see what the fuss is all about!

I have been around karate schools and instructors since i was 16 years old. I'm now 43 and can say without question the training atmosphere is the best i have ever witnessed. The quest to better yourself starts with core principles like respect, helping others, knowing no boundaries, a strong work ethic and just a reaching for your dreams attitude. My search for a dojo and karate style for my daughter took me to many karate schools, but none were as welcoming, as knowledgeable or as friendly as Ingram's. It truly is a family atmosphere, where you know your child is well-cared for and valued. The skills taught and values modeled are exemplary. We believe that our children are better equipped to deal with educational and peer pressures, and we know that they have learned about internal motivation and gaining satisfaction from their own initiative and achievements. The Ingram's staff provide support and programs for every age and rank at the dojo as well as in "extra-curricular" programs, and they create and expect a respectful environment in which all age and skill levels can thrive. I could go on and on about the staff and programs at Ingram's Professional Karate Center - it has been a wonderful experience for our family. We now know many delightful families as well!

Our son has been taking karate at Ingram's since he was 4 years old. Now, at 13, he is a Jr. Ni Dan (second degree black belt) and is poised and confident. Our daughter, who is 9, has been taking karate since she was 3 1/2. To see her progress and build confidence has been amazing. Both kids participate in local demos, are Jr. Staff Trainers and compete in AAU karate events with the Ingram's team and Team Florida. This dojo is owned and run by very special people who truly invest their money, time, talent, compassion, and caring in their students and their families. They partner with parents to help their students meet and exceed their goals, not just in karate, but in school and at home. The return on our investment for our kids and our family has been extraordinary. Through Ingram's we've learned that karate is not just a sport, it is a way of life. We highly recommend Ingram's to anyone who wants to bring their family together and see their kids excel.

Family atmosphere, honest people, great values. A great place to bring your child, wether they need discipline, exercise, focus, or help with respecting people and things. My child was having a rough time in school, feeling discouraged and like a failure, the staff went out of their way to help and over time my child's confidence improved, as well as her motor skills, coordination and focus. I am extremely impressed with the level of care and concern these instructors have for each and every student.

This is the very best thing I ever did! I have lost 20 pounds and my children are finally doing well in school! The instructors all are very knowledgeable and seem to really care about the students. I never knew learning karate could be so much fun!
