They were open to my straightforward, no-nonsense approach when I discussed term, monthly payment, and down payment. I appreciate(d) Sebastian Manzano in sales who was friendly & approachable without being pushy. Nick Sankey in Finance was also a great guy who provided additional options absent of making me feel pressured.
Great experience, definitely recommend them!

His knowledge was exceptional and he was extremely personable making it very easy to work together. I had gone to other dealerships and there was no comparison in terms of customer service. I felt really welcomed and look forward to returning when my lease runs up! Thank you Infiniti of Tampa for giving me my dream car without the hassle!

Provided by YP.comGreat service, as usual, on my latest visit. I've had my 2003 G35 serviced here for over 10 years. This time was in for an alignment and 4 new tires. The current buy 3 get 4th tire for $1 promotion made it a great price, and I always prefer having Infiniti experts handling the work. Great to see my service advisor Eddie again and the entire staff is courteous and helpful.

Provided by YPmobilePaul is the best service advisor one can ask for. He is always helpful and he really works hard for the customer. I recently had my driver side window motor replaced and Paul made sure I was well taken care of. I would recommend them to friends and family!

Provided by YP.comI recently leased and brought a car from Infiniti Tampa. Our sales personal Randall Terry was exceptional and John the finance manager made us feel very welcomed. We had some electronics issues prior to leaving the dealrship with our used car and Randall and staff accommodated my 7 month pregnant wife and I. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Provided by YPmobileI always go for them for a oil change, and for the price it's awesome and really quick. I broke a bolt, and they replaced it for cheap. I always recommended them. Paul is the person you want to go to see a service advisor. I recommended it to my family and friends

Provided by YP.combought a used vehicle from this location and am VERY disappointed. I purchased my vehicle about 6 months ago and have had over $4500.00 in repairs. I was assured prior to purchasing this vehicle that it was in great shape, that it underwent the best of diagnostics before going on the lot. It is a beautiful car, "well-taken-care-of", very low miles. However, I found out differently after less than 2 weeks of ownership. To have this amount in repairs, it is obvious that they sold me a car w/ alot of problems. I have taken my car to another dealership who enlightened me that one of the "repairs" was with a "rebuilt" part!! It was supposed to be REPLACED!! Now, the service manager, Ellis, wants to tell me its my problem. Their faulty repair has lead to other sensors going bad, which meas I am out more money to fix something that should've been done right the first time. Please BEWARE!!
