These guys are Fantastic - Jay + his staff are the "BEST"
BUYER BEWARE! This shop participates in deceitful business practices and advises you to purchase several un-necessary services by taking advantage of your lack of automotive experience. They cost my wife and I $1500 in transmission repairs due to their un-necessary service when all they had to do was simply replace the transmission shifter cable. We have notifed the Better Business Bureau, and the State Attorney's office, however, Ice Cold Air still refuses to respond. I choose to run my business with honesty and integrity and they should as well. We are hoping a state agency will hold them accountable for the people they have hurt and continue to take advantage of on a regular basis. It makes me sick to think of all the other people they have hurt with even less automotive knowledge than I have.
