I want to thank John Harmon, so much for doing a wondeful job on my mother's going away celebration. He went way over in beyond the call kof duty in being the greatest help as well as being there as a friend.. I want to say Thank you so very much for everything. Samuels & Ward Family

Mr Harmon and his staff were awesome. The took great care of our mother. From the beginning to the end, they helped us all the way. This was the first funeral/burial for our family and they guided us through the whole process. Mr Harmon met us at the hospital and talked us through what we needed to do, he picked up our mother in 45 minutes after she passed. She didn't even have to go down to the cold morgue. They were prompt and did everything they said they would do. He had amazing attention to detail. We told him everything we wanted to would like to see and he did it all. Down to everything being white like our mother would have liked. He allowed us to grieve and not worry about all the minor stuff. We would use him again if the situation arouse again and we pray it doesn't. Many people commented on how well the funeral went and was organized.

Harmon Funeral home didnt have the body ready for viewing and overbooked therefore the family didnt have a room and waited in the hall by the restroom for an hour, and still there was no wake because of the overbooking. Funeral director said the wake had to be cancelled (due to the overbooking) but did not tell the widow or the family, therefore there were about 50 people waiting to pay their respects. Although it was the error of the funeral home, there was no apology and the director seemed to manipulate his explanation as if it was the families fault. In such a tragedy the family and the widow had to face the stress of this matter. It was appalling the way the entire situation was handled at Harmon. Harmon is a business and it was the worst customer service experience I had witnessed. Instead of the widow and family being able to morn, they were left apologizing to the attendees that came to get closure. From start to finish the experience at Harmon was terrible.
is the most economic funeral home in the Tampa area. The owner is a very conciderate person....very sweet and very kind as is all of the personel. quiero tambien recomendar a mis paisanos en Tampa esta funeraria
