Greystone has become an outstanding company. Nonetheless there are some downfalls, I have been an employee for ridgecrest for over 10 yrs, I must say I have an awesome DNS Ms Katrina Hight is by far the best she is always there, handles all our concerns, she always is on the floor never in her office doing nothing. It's an honor working under her. Nevertheless I see that in our facility what's good for some is not good for others. It specifically states in our handbook that Tattoos are to be covered at all times, yet we have multiple people in housekeeping covered in tattoos in my opinion very unprofessional for such a huge and we'll known company. Our own social service worker wears skirts and has tattoos. My point is if there is rules why doesn't it apply all over? Every employee here represents this company every department should follow all rules. I so happened to come across our activities director telling a resident he couldn't attend an outing because she said so, excuse me what happened to patients rights? There has been many times where I was close to resigning, but was has kept me there is I love what I do and I have a fantastic DNS. I just feel there is favoritism and we are a team we should be working together.
