out of business, phone disconnected, domain for sale. two groupons bought and wasted money for me. unhappy!

I purchased a Groupon to try the detailing service. For me, the service was just okay. I should have known it wouldn't go great when the owner showed up in a small car (so no self-provided water or electricity source). He did a decent job vacuuming, but didn't even bother to lift up the rubber mat in the back of the SUV (nor did he even wipe down the rubber mat - it was still dirty). He didn't wash the car down with water. Supposedly he used a chemical wash, but after he left, I noticed that there was still lots of grime in the window channels. I also had to wipe down the windows after he left as they became streaky (and the rag I used ended up filthy). During the final inspection, he was in an extreme hurry (he said he had another appointment to get to even though it was nowhere near the end of the appointment time that had been scheduled). For me, it wasn't worth my time to call him up to come back out. The car looks nice enough, but I wouldn't use this company again.

Gave them a chance and bought their Groupon deal even though I had never heard of them. They were very friendly and accommodating with my busy schedule. They made my car look brand new

Would recommend Glass Detail to any of my friends and family! They were awesome and left my car looking brand new. They even changed my light bulb in my car free of cost! They know how to build relationships with their customers!

LOVED my service. They did a wonderful job on my Toyota Prius. But above that, they were so friendly. And the prices are so affordable. Will definitely use them again.
