The most unprofessional and mediocre OBGYN office I have ever visited.

I will give this service a five star, something terrible went wrong with my visit, but do to exodus blood drawer flobologist, by the name of valerie, team work was pulled together on this issue, valeries composers were well met as the very troubling situation accured. Now to begin explaining wat went wrong, exodus has a employee under the name Roberta, as flobologist valerie is consoling me as a patient & began drawring my blood, raberta decides, let's be a trouble maker & starts addressing valerie on personal patient's private policies, which means, roberta was 1st breeching companies patients privacy act. Valerie held composer and began ta address that the issue most be discussed another timein a private manner. Roberta begin's to hussle her voice at valerie & remind you, valerie has the needle in my arm and roberta continues to now bring up other action's, this time becoming compairing of their work, valerie is being addressed with anxiety at this point and was still able to ask roberta nicely, can you loan me a hand while I change blood valves for mrs khan, roberta simply turned around and stuck her head up and said excuse me, then turned around and proceeded to ignore valerie, valerie at this point had to speed talk, saying, please roberta I need you n8w, please now to my left with the valve, valery decided she will sit down like a child throwing more anxiety to the plate, valerie was overwhelmed with robertas screaming, she politly says, ill send you to quest, I said no, you are the best blood drawer I ever met, painless, lets try again, immediately as she proceeds with success, during my blood drawn roberta wants to laugh and put a show on to purposely aggravate valerie into a mistake, roberta was v3ry upset that she couldn't make valerie mad or make a mistake, ......I must say, your staff is lovely, but im sorry, I do not at any means trust roberta, I can only think of wat else she maybe capable of doingif she is mad.. She must be Fired...

This has to be the worse clinic in the world. I should have known that by how bare and unwelcoming the facility looked from the inside. The staff were very tired and you can tell because their attitudes were the worse and complained the entire time of being under staffed and overwhelmed. The bathroom was extremely filthy. In the "lab" area, there were like 10 urine specimens in this sink, like 10 valves of blood from patients they had drawn blood from just lying around, i was asked about confidential things about my chart i had filled out in the presence of another patient. It was the worse experience i have ever had at a doctors clinic. I'm not even sure if the diagnosis of one of the medications they put me on was even correct because there was a shuffle between Dr. and nurse about the last specimen that was tested whether it was the previous patients' or my own. I am absolutely baffled by how they are still in business with an absolute chaotic, unfriendly facility like that one.
