Euro Pilates is not a massage school but a Pilates studio and after 23 years in the Army, I have major back, neck and shoulder issues. Pilates in conjunction with deep muscle massage helped reduce my pain from a 8/9 to a 3/4 in about 6 months. Both Bob and Todd have really educated me on the role tight, short overworked muscles play in chronic back and neck pain, I have also learned about a little thing call "FASCIA", which sits on top of the muscles and gets tougher and harder as a form of protection, causing even further pain. These guys are some of the best...well worth the visit if you want to improve range of motion, reduce pain and improve flexibility. Since walking into the studio 18 months ago, Euro Pilates has changed the way I feel about aging and exercise. I am stronger, I have more energy and I have learned how to protect my back through better posture. I have also lost over 30 inches and 50 lbs. I am almost 52 and I am in better shape than when I was 40!!!! When I think of all the gym memberships and personal training sessions I have paid for in the past, I wish I would have spent it on Pilates.
