Literally the worst place ever. We had run in with a terrible secretary and ended up talking with management. She said that we could have a free spa day. After waiting a few months later we called and that manager was fired. The manager that replaced her couldn't seem to find a note on the account. That manager ended up talking to the owner, Jerry Cugno. Jerry began to tell my wife that she "made it all up in her head" and "it's all in your dreams". Telling her that she is a liar and that "she didn't deserve a spa day". After looking up and verifying that Jerry was the owner, we also found where he was getting sued for not paying someone overtime. We have been going there for five years and will never go there again.

OK I have been to this location twice now. Both times for a 90 minute relaxation massage. The massages themselves were great. I sit at a computer all day long for up to 10 hours and even though it was a relaxation massage, they still took the time to work on the knots in my back. The facility is nice so all in all a great experience. The only reason I took off one star is that on both massages, they did not last the entire 90 minutes. In both cases After the massage was over and I sat up to get dressed and looked at the clock, It had only been 80 minutes. I understand that the prices are super low, but if you are advertising on your website a 90 minute massage for a certain price, then as a customer I have a right to expect the entire 90 minutes. Still all in all, even if basing their price on an 80 minute massage instead of a 90, $45 is still a great deal. So I will likely be back again.

The therapists are always friendly and highly knowledgable, plus the building is beautiful and just so relaxing from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave.
