Dr. Zimmer is the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Psychiatrist at NeuroBehavioral Clinic and the Medical Director of Resurgence Tampa Bay in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Zimmers passion and love for psychiatry has inspired him to divide his professional time between clinical care and research. Dr. Zimmer earned his medical degree from Medical College of Pennsylvania where he was awarded the Sandoz Award for Excellence in Psychiatry.
