This company is apparently overwhelmed by their growth. Our experience was most unsatisfactory...you can check our file...they have a HUGE ONE at Home Depot detailing our trials and tribulations, the misquotes and misinformation provided by those contacted in the company. We are leaving South Florida with a counter installation UNFINISHED due to numerous "dances" around scheduling and excuses. Encouraging Home Depot to seek other installers for this product. We shall pursue our situation with Home Depot and other possible avenues to provide some public awareness of the need to check carefully before signing up and signing the check!
