I have been a member for over a year and the gym is good for the price of only 10 bucks a month. I too have seen their bad billing before. If you miss a payment you get a ten dollar late fee, which was fine the one month i missed my payment. But the next month i got charged with the late fee again. This has happened twice to me, but i called the billing company which is located in PA oddley, and they fixed it right away. So if you are a member just make sure you check your financial statements at the end of the month... But for the money this gym is a good deal. Also, if you are looking for a personal trainer get ANTHONY, VERY friendly guy and obviously KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. The skinny caucasion personal trainer is not friendly and acts as though he has no time for you. So watch your financial statements and stay away from that one personal trainer!!!
