I did end up getting my dress from Demetrios just because it was perfect for me! The service here is not the best and the consultants are snotty! There is only ONE consultant there that I liked her personality and service. I'm sorry I do not know her name but I know that her sister also works there, if that helps any of you future brides. I visited this shop while attending a medical conference in Tampa, Pirjo was exceptional! She was patient and her experience helped make this experience even more delightful. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to get the dress or not, so I visited the local David's Bridal - what a mistake! The service and selection was horrible. Needless to say, I returned to Demetrios and was once again helped by Pirjo. I informed them I was from out of town. They stated no problem. The manager answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. I will be getting married in Mar '07 and because there service was so exceptional, my girls will be getting their dresses through them as well. Keep up the excellent work!

Good selection of gown styles but very limited sizes. Hard to tell if you like the dress if it doesn't fit. Customer service left a lot to be desired. She was nice, but not helpful at all.
