We would give a zero if possible. The lab CONSISTENTLY fails to return the cases on time listed on the lab slips. We pre-appoint patients for surgery and Bayshore waits until the "11th hour" to change the delivery date. We must then make a large schedule change which results in LOST REVENUE and patient dis-satisfaction. The lab is quite secretive about providing contact information to me so that I can make the owner/management know of their incompetence. They won't allow it as they might be reprimanded or lose their jobs if it discovered how INEFFICIENT and UNSATISFACTORY the lab is functioning. I do not recommend this lab.
