I'm a big fan of Barney's service department. I have two sea doo's, one I bought from Barney's and the other a private seller. I now cover them both with their service plan. The guys are great, HONEST, and pretty accommodating w/ my needs. Ive used other bay area service departments and I think Barney's service time is much better!!!

I love it here. It's like a dream came true place. They have everything I need. I got the best deals. And better yet... They did the best of any other place I ever gone to. It's just wonderful. Thanks.
My wife and I needed to purchase new helmets. We wanted certain features on out helmets as well as a color that would match our '05 Road king. I came to Barney's to see what you might have, try them on, and then go home and order them from the internet. The sales person we encounter was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable, and helped us to find exactly what we wanted. Thank you!
Being the "shade tree mechanic" that I am, I tried to set the valves on my 1300 V star. Needless to say, 'big mistake". Now not only did the valves need to be reset but the oil light was coming on. I took it to Barney's service dept. not knowing what to expect. What I didn't expect was the courtesy with which I was received.
I encountered an issue where my Sea Doo stalled and would not start - dead in the water so I called Barneys. I was connected to Mr. Laplant and he identified the code and walked me through fixing it myself. He spent 8 minutes with me and it was fixed! Most places would have had me bring it in and charge me an arm and a leg for it, but the people here are more customer service oriented and have too much integrity for that!!! Thank you!!!
My wife and I went to look for a good deal on a motorcycle - Juan at Barney's spent almost the entire afternoon with us, patiently answering questions, and making sure the bikes we were considering were right for us. I have bought a LOT of cars and motorcycles in my life - but this was the best experience of any of them. No high-pressure sales tactics, and the place has a nice, family-friendly feel about it - no problems bringing your wife, girlfriend, daughter, or even mom here - they will feel just as comfortable as they would at the local mall. Great inventory of used, and new bikes, and the best prices I've seen in the Tampa area. The service department is clean; the service consultants are polite and professional. Financing is available, if you need, and they'll do what they can to get you on a great bike without delay. Buy here with complete confidence.
They were great and encouraged me to drive their Maverick which was inside their showroom. I drove it and decided I wanted the upgraded model from one I drove. They took Maverick out of crate and put all their guys on it to get it knocked out. While I was waiting the salesman bought my wife and I lunch while it was being put together. After the sale they even called to make sure I was satisfied and to tell me thank you for my business.

Great Service from looking to completing sales and service. They know how to treat customers unlike other dealership who only care half as much. The man you should ask is for Randy, he will take care of you no matter what.
Often we hear criticism...seldom we get told when something goes right! Just a quick note of thanks to Kenny Gaudio-in service- for helping out. I made the mistake of shutting my bike down with the kill switch when I pulled into the Brandon store. Naturally...the unexpected happened while I was shopping at the parts counter, my battery went dead! It was closing time and I was screwed.... But Kenny went the extra mile for me (he did not know me from Adam) by getting extension cords and the battery charger and WAITING AROUND UNTIL I GOT UNDERWAY. Thanks Kenny and thanks to the culture at Barney's, every customer counts...even if you are riding a BMW!!!
I wanted to express my overall satisfaction with your service department. Kenny was very professional and attentive to all my bikes needs. I do not know who the service manager is but it should be Kenny and if it is Kenny then give that man a raise! From the time I first called until I picked up my bike he was always going the extra mile. The service department as a whole seems to run like a well oiled machine. Kenny also schooled me on the importance of riding more, which he was absolutely correct. So in closing I just want to say thank you very much Barneys of Brandon fro the great job your service department did and has done with my bike and I can not say enough about Kenny's positive attitude and his professionalism. I will let all my friends that I know that have bikes to take them to Barneys of Brandon and of course to see Kenny. Thanks again for an outstanding job and it makes me look forward to my next service. The only thing better would have been donuts and coffee!

The experience was phenomenal and they delivered the Commander across the state to me. The entire sales experience was exceptional. When the dealership salesperson came to deliver the vehicle he was extremely knowledgeable and very willing to explain everything. it was easy to see how much he cared for the vehicle as well. Charlie Roberts was wonderful and TJ Griner followed up with an email extending much courtesy. They did a great job. There is nothing that could have been done to improve the experience.
As the owner of a Suzuki1400 for the past 10 years, I have enjoyed riding in the Florida weather since I retired from Indiana. Recently, I had some motorcycle battery problems and contacted Barney's of Brandon for some assistance. A new battery was installed, work was done on the carburetors, and new brakes were installed on the front. The motorcycle now runs better than it ever has, even when it was brand new. To the service manager and Owner of Barney's, I am very pleased with the work that was performed on my bike. Now it is even more fun to ride than ever! GK
