Been months since Hurricane Irma and still my claim is being "reviewed". Not once has anyone contacted me, I have to call them and wait on hold for a hour only to get a voicemail with the mail box full. Then when I finally get someone, I ask the status and all they say is "its being reviewed" so I ask what that means, if someone will be sent out, or if its going to be another 3 months.. very disappointed that my policy was bought out by this company that cant even answer the phone let alone process claims.
