Dr. Roy and the Avalon staff are so professional, kind and compassionate. They take excellent care of my pups!

This is truly the easiest review I will ever write because it is so simple- Avalon Animal Hospital and its staff is the GREATEST! Only problem here is that five stars is the most I can select and they deserve so many more. My family and I have taken our pets to this wonderful Seminole Heights gem for over 35 years and the staff has always been wonderful- the finest care and greatest compassion, all at amazingly low prices. I cannot thank Dr. Ghabbour, Dr. Roy, Valerie, Pauline, and the rest of the staff enough for all they have done for me as well as for our lovely community. Thea

I'm a long-time customer, and I highly recommend Drs. Ghabbour and Roy!! The staff is wonderful and compassionate. They really listen to their customers' concerns and answer questions well. Prices are very competitive and reasonable. They handle my 140 lb Dane with ease. They put my wife's timid Labradoodle at ease, and even our 20 lb Terrier gets great care. They're hours are clearly posted on the front door and on their business cards. The office is closed on Thursday (I think that's surgery day) and Sunday. They're open until 5 on Monday and Friday, close at 2 on Saturday, and best of all: they're open until 7 on Tuesday and Wednesday. Those 2 days of extended hours and 1/2 day Saturdays really help me get routine and follow-up treatments without having to rearrange my work day and/or take time off. I could go on and on singing their praises. Instead, let me just recommend you try them yourself. These compassionate professionals won't disappoint you.

I like the place, they are friendly, most helpful,, and seldom a long wait.!!! Great in my book, just wished they listed the opening/closing hours for each day as well as surgery times! adding an x-ray machine would save us all alot of money!!
