I can highly recommend that you call them whenever you need someone you can trust to do a good job. We got a new water filter put in. The plumber who was here (NOT from Duncan) didn't do it right and it was leaking plus he broke a lot of parts and charged us for new parts. We then called Ray Duncan and the technician fixed the leaks in no time. So when we found mold in our bathroom we again called Ray Duncan. Wayne came out, did the inspection and gave us a qoute. He then handled the insurance, the permits, inspections and hooked us op with the tile man from Thuro Tiles. Both the tile man and Duncan took so good care of us thoughout the entire process. Julie at the office was extremely helpful and patient with me whenever I called for updates. The integrity of the entire staff I had the pleasure to have in my home doing their jobs was outstanding as was the final result.

I called around and finally chose Ray Duncan Plumbing for my plumbing problem. Other companies had told me the solution to my problem would cost me thousands. Their plumber came in and fixed our problem for a fraction of the cost. I would highly recomend this company.

When I called I got an honest up front answer with regards to potential cost for service. I appreciated that. So many other companies beat around the bush. When the technician showed up he answered all my questions and took care of my issue in a friendly, professional manner! I will call Ray Duncan plumbing again.
