It's common for this hospital to see emergency during regular/appointment hours. Patients are not turned away. I've been here for two years and love it. The tech is the one who takes me into the room. I'm not sure what the first review is referring to in that regard. I'm never just put in to a room to wait for a tech.

I used to take my dog to Vetcare, but have changed vets. While the staff is friendly and helpful, I got tired of waiting and waiting and waiting. Appointments didn't mean much; I still typically waited 20-30 minutes before going back to the exam room; then it was usually another 15 minutes before the tech came in to see the dog, and take him to the back room. I would then sit in the exam room for another 20 mintues or so before I ever saw the vet. And that describes one of my quicker visits to Vetcare.

This veterinary care facility rises to the very top -- with compassion for all clients and parents of clients. The staff is incredibly skilled and always ready with a smile and competent assistance. Dr. Nadia McLean can be described only as "incredible". Her ability in diagnosing the clients need (s) is always right on the mark. She not only shows her tremendous skills during any visit but her calm, caring persona allows both the client and owner to be at ease. From well care to specialized needs, VetCare is the one and only place for our beloved pets to go. May the grace and mercy of our Lord continue to shine His light on VetCare.
