Nothing but pleasant experiences working with this agency. Extremely accommodating with a dedicated office staff. The DON is fantastic and committed to the well-being of all her patients.

The management at this facility is far from professional! Melissa is by far the worst DON I have ever experienced. Melissa lack professionalism and is always talking down on others. If you ever have a problem she is unapproachable and almost every other word that comes out of her mouth is a curse word. It's kind of hard to talk to anyone from management because you can hear the frustration in their voice when you call to ask a question. I would never work for this company again. Worst experience ever. Sometimes I wonder how unprofessional people like Melissa get a DON position because she is so focused on talking negative about the patients and the staff that its hard to believe she has time to do her own work. The positive thing about this company is the variety of patients you get to meet. I love the patients they are amazing so that is why I decided to continue Home health but with a different company. Good luck to anyone who works with company your experience maybe better than what mine was.

Awful and dangerous. Incompetent nurses, rude office staff. Could not do a simple IV.. Two out of three visits sent me to the ER
