WOW!!! Words cannot fully describe how wonderful the owner, Virginia is. She is not only a master in her trait, she is very pleasant, the utmost professional, and very accommodating. I have been using her services for almost a year now, and though her location is a little far from home, she is ALWAYS worth the time. I would not go anywhere else. Great job Virginia... Hugs... May

My husband and I have been steady customers of Virginia's for more than a decade. Her work is always done promptly and professionally. And it also affordably priced. All of these things keeps us coming back.

Her prices are totally out of line. I brought two dresses in for SIMPLE alterations, expected to pay maybe $20 per dress in the worst case scenario. Instead, she charged $100 plus tax. Both dresses were casual and an honest person would have said "Are you sure you want to spent $50 to fix this inexpensive garment?" but she did not. I can't even discuss the work, as it was SO SIMPLE it couldn't have been done poorly. WAY.OVERPRICED.

D not bring your alteartions to this business! My girlfriend uses another seamstress but she was out of town an decided to try Quality Alterations. Se dropped off an Ann Taylor summer dress to be slightly shortened. Within an hour after dropping it off she was called by Virginia and told the dress was ready to be picked up. When my girlfriend stopped in she was told the charge was $30.00!!! Usually this type of alteration goes for around $12.00 to $15.00 but what are you going to do when they have your clothing item? She argued with her over the price and was told that whether you bring in a $500.00 ball gown or a Casual dress, that is the price! This place is a rip off and they grossly over charge.

I just relocated my Social Media business to Tampa from Las Vegas. I'm building my business by going door to door introducing myself. I walked in to Alterations and was immediately greeted by Virginia. She has a great heart and really cares about her customers. I have been to a little over 200 businesses in just a few days and it was a pleasure meeting a kind person that cares. I don't see that much anymore. I highly recommend her business because of how she treated me. I have been to many other Alteration businesses and not one of them treated me like she did. I'm looking forward to giving her business because she takes much pride in her craft and cares about her customers. Thank you Virginia for your kind heart.
