Allen P. Chudzinski, MD, FACS, FASCRS is board certified in general surgery and colon and rectal surgery and leads the medical team at the Advanced Center for Colorectal Surgery at Florida Hospital Tampa. His medical interests include assisting patients with hereditary colon, rectal, and anal cancers, and surgical treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis, Crohn’s disease, anorectal disorders, fecal incontinence, ulcerative colitis and colon and rectal polyps. His specialties include minimally invasive colorectal surgical techniques and sphincter-preserving surgery. Beyond his substantial expertise in the surgical management of colon and rectal cancers, he provides advanced surgical interventions for patients with inflammatory bowel disease, including post-colectomy “J-pouch†construction.
