These people are fantastic! I was down visiting my parents, and had one day to get a repair done. The only part they had was on a truck, that was out on a service call. They got a hold of the driver and had him meet me to get me the part so I could fixed my parents refrigerator. They really went out of their way. Great customer service!

WORST customer service EVER!!!! After a month and we still have no dishwasher. The guy spilled water all over my floor and uses my good kitchen towel to mop it up rather than ask for help. Then asks to borrow an air compressor which we don't even own. Then he hands us the broken part to dispose of. We explained it's not our home and we're not comfortable disposing of parts to which he replies well there's no room in my car. Really?! It's a small part. Totally totally unprofessional! 3rd visit in a month and still don't have a working dishwasher. Save your time and money and just buy a new appliance it'll be faster than waiting on this company to "order" your part. Never seen such awful customer service. We own several rental properties and have never encountered such a terrible company. Never again!! Don't waste your time using them. We explained the urgency of having this fixed and they couldn't care less.
Very reliable and works fast. They are great for property managers since they can setup the repair with the tenant and take payment over the phone. And they are one of the few places around that still repair wall A/C's.
