I found Cornerstone Insurance online searching for homeowners insurance in Tampa. Getting non-renewed from Liberty Mutual and looking at the prospects of Citizens (which I did not want,) I received a quote from Josh and his team. On their advice, I completed a wind mitigation inspection thinking I did not qualify, but it turned out I saved more than $575/ year with all the discounts they were able to give me. I didn't wait for the non-renewal date to lock in the new policy through Tower Hill, as they indicated they would handle billing my mortgage company and canceling the old policy. My home mortgage company mailed me a letter stating that they haven't received the home insurance information from my insurance company. After contacting the home insurance company, I found out that they couldn't even find my account. After arguing with them for 15 minutes they told me that they could reinstate my account but that my rates were going up $200 more than the previous year. I grudgingly renewed with them because I didn't have the time to deal with the issue. 2 weeks later I contacted Josh to tell him about the issue and he said that he can help me out. Just saved $875 per year by leaving Liberty Mutual before they dropped me. I switched the auto to Travelers and the home to Tower Hill Insurance. Cornerstone Insurance had many options for me to choose but these two companies had the best ratings and rates to boot. Cornerstone Insurance uses e-signautes for all the applications and they handled they processed the cancellations of the prior policies for me.
