I find Dr Polakoff to be a very caring Dr. I have never had a problem with him going in and out of the room, unless there was an emergency. In my opinion he is the best Cardio Dr. in town. His bedside manners are the best. If you have a problem, I could give you the names of a few Cardios that really don't care. Also no problem with referrals or refills on meds, always gives the good and bad effects on all medication. Love the office staff also. Barbara Kitts

The office staff is WONDERFUL, however, after a very long wait Dr. Polakoff spends VERY LITTLE time and attention on the patient. Constantly running around, in and out of the office. He has made SEVERAL errors with medication. Refilling medication is like pulling teeth. I am not quite sure how he is as a cardiologist, but I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND choosing Dr. Polakoff as a primary doctor. We have had to rely on specialists to confirm medication dosages, refills and all questions of concern. No respect for this man whatsoever!
